Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and are not a binding contract until we confirm the work in writing. Pricing may change if the property, access or scope differs from what was described. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days.

Snow service timing depends on snowfall volume, route order and road conditions. Summer services may be rescheduled for rain, wind or equipment issues. We make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of delays.

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Seasonal contracts may be billed in advance or in instalments as agreed. Unpaid accounts may result in service being paused.

One-time jobs can be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice before the crew is dispatched. Seasonal contract cancellation terms are set out in the contract itself.

Please keep vehicles, hoses, decorations and other obstacles clear of work areas and let us know about hidden hazards such as sprinkler heads, soft pavers or loose steps. We are licensed and insured, and we will repair or make good damage we cause. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden items not disclosed to us, or naturally slippery conditions between service visits. Ice control reduces risk but cannot eliminate it.
